Hosted Practice Management System

CQuest manages the administrative tasks associated with the initial implementation and ongoing support of a statewide practice management network (called i-net) for its sister organization, the Illinois Primary Health Care Association.  IPHCA contracts with CQuest to provide maintenance and supportive services to IPHCA members participating in the practice management network.

CQuest provides services to the i-net members through its Applications Service Provider (ASP) operations.  As the management agent, CQuest, provides 24/7 network monitoring and connectivity support, Level 1 Help Desk support, and coordinates implementation activities for new health center members.  CQuest staff also provides end-user software training and facilitates a User Group comprised of staff of the member health centers.

CQuest negotiates and manages the contracts of the vendors involved in its hosting operations, supports the telecommunications equipment and other hardware that facilitates the network, and coordinates system upgrades in conjunction with the software vendor.
